The service

Band Secretary is a private pilot assistant for school band directors. It is available by invitation. We may change, pause, or end it at any time.

Text messaging program

• Program: Band Secretary replies to texts you send, for example NOTE, NOTES, FIND, FEEDBACK, NEWSLETTER and HELP. We send replies to your messages. We do not send marketing texts.
• Consent: by texting your one-time code to the Band Secretary number shown on your Text me page you agree to receive text replies from Band Secretary. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with how often you text us.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP or email support@aspiretechdev.com for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities

Use the service only for your own band program work. Do not send student records or other sensitive personal information. Keep your account secure.

No warranty

The pilot is provided as is. Check important information (such as inventory, dates, and notes) yourself before relying on it. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
